About the Institute of Organisational Ecology
|
|
The Institute exists to share and develop the
theories and practices of Organisational Ecology. The focus is on the
practical aspects of what an organisation practising OE looks like but is
strongly grounded in the theories of organisations that use lessons from
living systems. The key components to the theoretical side come from
Complex Adaptive Systems theory and from ecology. The development of the ideas has only reached its first phase: more will come with the input from others and a widening of the debate. That is why we welcome contributions from people from many backgrounds and ways of thinking. |
