Practice: Grow the strategy

Developing a strategy is a continuing process with continual refinement and adaptation. Cycles of development include trialling new ideas, learning from the activity that follows the communication of the strategy, analysis of the organisation and its environment and internal debate and discussion. These cycles include different teams and groups over a period of time.

This 'learning school' of strategy provides a good background to this practice.
