The dynamics of teams with their connectedness
between members provides the means for organisations to respond to their
changing environment. All the people in the organisation need to understand
the role of teams and the way that they can each contribute to a team. This
understanding has to be built into all that the organisation does. Teams
have a life cycle of selection, building, maintaining and ending.
