Practice: Create simple clear vision

Each organisation, group, team needs a simple,
clear statement of what is important to that group. The statement does not
say how or impose restrictions but captures the essence of the vision. For
groups within an organisation or larger group the vision has to be
consistent with the vision and values of the larger group.
