Creativity is generated from the interaction of the members of a group. A
diverse range of knowledge, attitudes and ways of thinking allows for a
wider range of possibilities to be created. The tension between individuals
is a good catalyst for new ideas. Teams should be encouraged to have a
diverse membership even to including people who are known to conflict.
Learning how to deal with these tensions is an important part of creating an
OE org.
