to human organisations

Many organisations look at themselves as machines reliably producing goods and services. However the cost of this efficiency can be inflexibility; in a world in which customer expectations and competitors are continually and rapidly changing, organisations need to be agile. We need to look beyond the machine metaphor and learn from the way that natural systems thrive.

Natural systems provide valuable insights into how we can improve the performance of human organisations - enabling them to be agile and to deliver in a changing environment.
